Hoku Levels
There are three levels in Hoku that provide different processing options.
Basic is default level
The first time, Hoku starts in Basic level. You can change levels at any time.
Basic Level
- Read, write, and display Images
- Change image shape or orientation
- Analyze spectral image data (PCA)
- Enhance low contrast information
Intermediate Level
- Create and display color Images
- Flowcharts to run jobs in batch mode
- Additional spectral analysis (ICA, MNF, SAM)
Advanced Level
- Image calibration
- Image analysis tools
- Flat fielding and registration
