There are three levels in Hoku that provide different processing options.
Basic is default level
The first time, Hoku starts in Basic level. You can change levels at any time.

Analyze spectral image data (PCA)
Enhance low contrast information
Create and display color Images
Flowcharts to run jobs in batch mode
Additional spectral analysis (ICA, MNF, SAM)
